Instalación del hardware

Los números en el diagrama de la instalación indican la orden de pasos a la toma al

sistema para arriba su sistema

Importante:

• Para garantizar una calidad de imagen adecuada, todos los monitores conectados a la

unidad local como la remota deben estar puestos a tierra debidamente. Si emplea un

cable de alimentación alargador, éste también debe estar puesto a tierra. Una puesta

a tierra adecuada requiere que cada toma eléctrica lleve un contacto de masa que

cumpla la normativa y que se halle conectado a la tierra del circuito eléctrico del

edificio.

• Apague todos los equipos que vaya a conectar.

• Encienda los PCs y los monitores sólo después de seguir los pasos exactamente en el

orden indicado en el diagrama.

Operación con teclas de acceso directo

Seleccione la tecla CTRL o BLOQ DESPL como tecla de acceso directo en la unidad

remota. En la consola de la unidad remota, pulse la tecla de acceso directo

seleccionada para alternar el control del KVM entre los PCs local y remoto. (Las

opciones de teclas de acceso directo no funcionan desde la consola local.)

Modo de búsqueda automática

La búsqueda automática sirve para interrogar los ordenadores local y remoto a

intervalos regulares. Para invocar la búsqueda automática, pulse las siguientes teclas

una vez: [Mayús izquierda] [Mayús derecha]. Para salir de la búsqueda automática,

pulse [Espacio]. Para cambiar el intervalo de interrogación, pulse la combinación de

teclas siguiente: [Mayús izquierda] [Mayús derecha] [S] [n], siendo n un número entre 1

y 4 que especifica el intervalo de búsqueda según la tabla siguiente:

Nota: Durante la búsqueda automática, las funciones regulares del teclado y ratón

quedan deshabilitadas.

Installazione dell’hardware

I numeri sullo schema dell'installazione indicano l'ordine dei punti all'introito per

installare il vostro sistema.

Importante:

• Per una migliore qualità dell’immagine, tutti i computer ed i monitor collegati alle unità

sia locale sia remota devono essere dotati di un’adeguata messa a terra. Nel caso in

cui si utilizzi una prolunga o una presa multipla a ciabatta, anche questa deve essere

dotata di messa a terra adeguata. Un’adeguata messa a terra implica che ogni cavo

utilizzato sia dotato di un terminale di massa intatto, correttamente funzionante e

messo a terra sulla principale rete CA.

• Prima di iniziare, accertarsi che tutti i dispositivi da collegare siano spenti.

• Accendere i PC e i monitor solo dopo aver eseguito le operazioni riportate nel

diagramma.

Funzionamento dei tasti di scelta rapida

Selezionare CTRL o BLOC SCROLL come tasti di scelta rapida sull'Unità remota. Dalla

console Unità remota, premere due volte il tasto di scelta rapida per passare KVM tra il

PC locale e quello remoto (le opzioni dei tasti di scelta rapida non sono dipsonibili dalla

console Unità locale).

Modalità di scansione automatica (ASM)

ASM consente di eseguire una scansione automatica dei computer locale e remoto a

intervalli regolari. Per richiamare ASM, premere e rilasciare i seguenti tasti uno alla

volta: [Maiusc sinistro] [Maiusc destro]. Per uscire da ASM, premere la [barra

spaziatrice]. Per modificare l'intervallo di scansione, utilizzare la seguente combinazione

di tasti di scelta rapida: [Maiusc sinistro] [Maiusc destro] [S] [n], dove n è un numero

compreso tra 1 e 4 che specifica l'intervallo di scansione desiderato, come riportato nella

seguente tabella:

Nota: durante l'esecuzione di ASM, le funzioni ordinarie di mouse e tastiera sono

sospese.

Installation du matériel

Les nombres sur le diagramme d'installation indiquent l'ordre des étapes à la prise pour

installer votre système.

Important :

• Pour une meilleure qualité des images, tous les ordinateurs et les moniteurs connectés

aux unités locales et à distance doivent être correctement mis à la terre. Si une

rallonge ou une barrette d’alimentation est utilisée, elle doit également être

correctement mise à la terre. Une bonne mise à la terre nécessite que chaque cordon

d’alimentation utilisé ait une broche de terre intacte, en parfait état de fonctionnement,

et soit mis à la terre à la connexion du réseau électrique CA.

• Assurez-vous que tous les matériels à connecter sont hors tension avant de démarrer.

• Allumez les PC et les moniteurs uniquement après avoir suivi les étapes numérotées

sur le schéma.

Mode Raccourci clavier

Sélectionnez CTRL ou SCROLL LOCK (ARRÊT DÉFIL) comme touche de raccourci sur

l’unité distante. Sur la console de l’unité distante, appuyez deux fois sur la touche de

raccourci sélectionnée pour modifier le KVM entre le PC local et le PC distant. (Les

options de raccourci clavier ne sont pas disponibles depuis la console de l'unité locale.)

Mode Recherche automatique (ASM)

L’ASM vous permet de faire une recherche automatique dans les ordinateurs locaux et

distants à intervalles réguliers. Pour invoquez l’ASM, appuyez et relâchez les touches

suivantes une à la fois : [Touche MAJUSCULE de gauche] [Touche MAJUSCULE de

droite]. Pour quitter l’ASM, appuyez sur la [Barre d'espace]. Pour modifier l’intervalle de

recherche, utilisez la combinaison de touches de raccourci suivante : [Touche

MAJUSCULE de gauche] [Touche MAJUSCULE de droite] [S] [n], où n est un nombre

de 1 à 4 qui indique l’intervalle de recherche souhaité, comme indiqué dans le tableau

ci-dessous :

Hardware installieren

Wichtig

• Um die bestmögliche Bildqualität zu erhalten, stellen Sie sicher, dass alle angeschloss-

enen Computer und Monitore, sowohl lokale als auch entfernte, ordnungsgemäß

geerdet sind. Falls Sie ein Verlängerungskabel oder eine Mehrfachsteckdose

verwenden, müssen diese ebenfalls ordnungsgemäß geerdet sein. Eine sachgerechte

Erdung erfordert, dass jedes verwendete Verlängerungskabel über einen intakten

Erdungspol verfügt und mit dem Erdleiter des Stromnetzes verbunden ist.

• Schalten Sie alle anzuschließenden Geräte aus.

• Schalten Sie die PCs und Bildschirme nur in der im Diagramm angegebenen

Reihenfolge ein.

Hotkey-Bedienung

Zur Auswahl der Tasten STRG oder ROLLEN als Hotkey auf dem Gerät der Gegenstelle.

Drücken Sie auf der Konsole der Gegenstelle zweimal die eingestellte Hotkey, um die

KVM-Steuerung zwischen dem lokalen PC und dem der Gegenstelle umzuschalten.

(Diese Option ist auf der lokalen Konsole nicht verfügbar.)

Autoscan-Modus (ASM)

ASM ermöglicht Ihnen, lokale und dezentrale Computer regelmäßig abzufragen. Um ASM

aufzurufen, drücken Sie nacheinander folgende Tasten: [Links Umsch] [Rechts Umsch].

Um ASM zu verlassen, drücken Sie die [Leertaste]. Um das Suchintervall zu ändern,

benutzen Sie die folgenden Hotkey-Kombinationen: [Links Umsch] [Rechts Umsch] [S]

CE-252R リモートユニットフロントビュー

3. ゲイン調整オート/マニュアル輝度調整方法を選択します。

マニュアル：2のゲイン調整ツマミを使用して手動で行います。

4. ホットキー選択スイッチホットキーに使用するキー設定[Ctrl]/[Scroll Lock]を変更します。ホットキー操作を

有効にするには[Ctrl]もしくは[Scroll Lock]キー2度押しをします。

注意：ホットキー設定を変更したときには、変更を反映させるためにユニットを再起動

する必要があります。設定後には電源ケーブルを一度抜いて、再び挿入してください。

5. ローカルLED オン：リモートコンソールがローカルコンピュータにアクセス中、もしくはローカルコン

ピュータにアクセス可能な状態を示しています。

オフ：リモートコンソールはローカルコンピュータにアクセスしていません。

点滅：ローカルコンピュータへのアクセスに問題があります。

6. リモートLED オン：リモートコンソールがリモートコンピュータへアクセスしています。

ハードウェアセットアップ

KVMエクステンダーのセットアップは、ケーブルを適切なポートに接続するだけの簡単な作業です。図中の番号がセットアップ

手順となりますので、図を参考にして作業を進めてください。

注意：

◆ 最良のビデオ品質を維持するために、ローカル・リモートで使用するすべてのコンピュータとモニタが正しくアースされている

必要があります。また延長コードや電源タップのような器具を使用している場合、それらもアースする必要があります。適切な

アースは、すべての電源コードのグランドピンがそのままの状態であり、またAC電源部分にアースされていなくてはなりませ

ん。

◆ セットアップ作業の前に、接続するすべてのデバイスの電源がオフになっていることを確認してください。

◆ すべての作業を終えたら、接続したコンピュータの電源をオンにしてください。

ホットキー操作

リモートコンソールにおいて、ローカル/リモートの切替えを行うホットキーは[Ctrl]キーまたは[Scroll Lock]キーが割り当てら

れています。設定により選択した[Ctrl]キーまたは[Scroll Lock]キーを2度押しすると、ローカル/リモートの操作が切替わりま

す。

このホットキー操作はローカルユニットに接続されたコンソールでは無効です。

オートスキャンモード

オートスキャンモードでは、自動的に一定の間隔でローカル/リモートを切替えて表示させることができます。オートスキャンモー

ドを有効にするには、左[Shift]キーと右[Shift]キーを同時に押してください。オートスキャンモードを終了するには、スペースキ

ーを押してください。

オートスキャンモードの切替間隔は変更可能です。間隔を変更するには、オートスキャンモードを有効にした後、[S],[n]の順に

入力します。nに入力する数字と切替間隔の設定は以下のようになっています。

注意：オートスキャンモードでは通常のキーボード・マウス入力は無効になっており、モニタリングのみが可能です。コンピュー

タの操作に戻るには、オートスキャンモードを終了させてください。

하드웨어 설치방법

KVM 연장기의 설치는 아래와 같은 작업 순서대로 간편하게 각 케이블을 연결하면

된다.

주요사항:

• 최상의 화면 품질을 위해선, 모든 컴퓨터 및 모니터가 연결된 로컬 및 리모트 세트는

완전하게 접지 되어야 한다. 만약 연장코드 또는 전원 스트립을 사용 중이더라도

마찬가지로 완전히 접지 되어야 한다. 완전한 접지는 사용중인 각 전원 코드는

본래대로, 자기 기능을 발휘 할 수 있는 접지 핀을 가지고 있으면서 AC전원에서 접지

되는 것이 요구 된다.

• 설치 작업을 시작하기 전에 모든 장비의 전원이 꺼진 것을 확인한다.

• PC 및 모니터의 전원은 다음의 설치 작업 순서도의 순서에 따라서 켠다.

핫키 사용

CTRL키 또는 SCROLL LOCK키를 리모트 세트에서 핫키로 사용할 수 있다. 리모트

세트 콘솔에서 선택한 핫키를 두 번 누르면 KVM의 사용 권한을 리모트 PC와 로컬

PC사이로 전환할 수 있다.(핫키는 로컬 세트에서 사용 할 수 없음).

자동 스캔 모드(ASM)

자동 스캔모드는 자동으로 로컬 컴퓨터와 리모트 컴퓨터를 정기적으로 스캐닝 하게 함.

자동 스캔 모드의 실행은 다음 키를 순서대로 한번씩 눌러 주면 된다: [Left Shift]

[Right Shift]. 자동 스캔을 해제하려면 [Spacebar] 눌러 준다. 스캔 시간 간격을

바꾸려면 다음 핫키 조합을 사용함: [Left shift] [Right Shift] [S] [n], n 은

be using on any computer in the installation

If you connect a DDC type monitor to the Local Unit, the monitor that connects to the

Remote Unit must be able to support the highest video resolution that the DDC monitor

can provide.

2.Manual Gain Control Use a flathead screwdriver or other similar object to

manually adjust the signal gain.

3.Auto/Manual Gain Auto: the unit automatically adjusts the signal gain

Selection Switch Manual: signal gain is set using the Manual Gain Control

4.Hotkey Selection Switch Select CTRL or SCROLL LOCK as the hotkey. (When

changing hotkey settings, you must disconnect and then

reconnect the Remote Unit’s power adapter cable for the

new settings to take effect.)

Hardware Installation

The numbers on the installation diagram indicate the order of steps to take to set up your

system.

Important:

• For best picture quality, all computers and monitors connected to both the local and

remote units must be properly grounded. If an extension cord or power strip is used it

also must be properly grounded. Proper grounding requires that each power cord in

use has a ground pin that is intact, functioning properly, and is grounded at the AC

mains connection.

• Ensure that all equipment to be connected is powered off before beginning.

• Power on the PCs and monitors only after following the numbered steps on the

diagram.

Hotkey Operation

Select CTRL or SCROLL LOCK as the hotkey on the Remote Unit. At the Remote Unit

console, press the selected hotkey twice to change the KVM focus between the local and

remote PCs. (Hotkey options are not available from the Local Unit console.)

Auto Scan Mode (ASM)

ASM allows you to automatically scan the local and remote computers at a regular

interval. To invoke ASM, press and release the following keys one at a time: [Left Shift]

[Right Shift]. To exit ASM, press the [Spacebar]. To change the scan interval, use the

following hotkey combination: [Left shift] [Right Shift] [S] [n], where n is a number from 1

to 4 that specifies the desired scan interval, as shown in the table below:
